We only accept returns on defective or damaged products. Due to the nature of adult toys, all sales are final. In a case where we do decide to take a return, it is done so at our discretion. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction and do not accept returns due to changing your mind. We are unable to re-sell products which have left our warehouse.

Please make sure that your item is unopened and unused, and ALL packaging is intact, including shrink wrapping, leaflets, instructions etc. Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if they have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened, or broken.
Please remember to leave a note in your package stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please make sure that you clearly detail the issue that you’ve encountered, your order number and your preferred outcome – refund or exchange.
If you have used the item, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned before sending it back.
If we find that the item is not faulty this will be returned to you.
Lingerie
If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please remember to keep your knickers on though!
You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns on items that may constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resellable. These items include (but are NOT limited to):

ANY dildo or vibrator.

ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.

Shipping of products up to 2 kilos inside Greece costs 6 euros. Extra cost for pay-on-delivery is 1 euro. Every extra kilo is charged +2 euros.
Shipping of products up to 2 kilos to Cyprus costs 20 euros. Extra cost for pay-on-delivery is 3.10 euros. Every extra kilo is charged +3 euros.
